Gnomoria lever8/15/2023 But fear not, the farms are already at full production! and then it flipped: now I don't have enough food anymore. Then I was missing drink, so I started making drinks out of strawberries. Those pesky goblins! I'm having a small food shortage for now, because I hit 1000 food and drink, so I stopped all production while I took care of some things. 31 have already died, but about 8 of those died before I managed to open the doors so they could come in. We'll see how it goes from now on.įor the record, there's 40 gnomes living with me. This game is all about increasing the base's value, so better merchants (and better enemies) come visit you. There's much more to be done, but that's the thing: I didn't even properly started going down yet! Sure, I went down a couple levels, -7 to precise, but now i'm thinking of going further down, to gather some better stones and maybe some gold (to build statues). Also, the renewed dinner room (with all Birch furniture and decorative bauxite floors) and renewed dormitory (with birch plank floors and beds, along with cotton pillows) are part of the planned renovations. You can also notice the recently built tunnel from the kitchen to the pastures, for easy slaughter. Outside, down to the right you can see the Apple Farm. Notice the huge storage area and workshops. One of my engineers recently discovered "automatic walls", so I'll do some research on that soon.īut where's the actual fortress where the dwarfs. Sometimes they spawn outside and die of thirst, which means that, when I open the main gates to get new gnomes, my entire population goes outside to gather all the armor the dead goblins left behind. I also removed every ramp from the ground level to the hills, so no goblin can enter the base area. One thing that I'd like to point out is how I closed the entrance to the base with logs. Of course, I'll replant them all and wait a couple seasons for them to come back up. They are, currently, marked for clippings and then I'll level the ground. You can also see my pastures and tree-farm (birch furniture gives you the biggest value increase on your propriety, it seems). The outside: You can see my farms - strawberry on the bottom, wheat on the left, cotton below it, not pictured.
